After you've finished the World 8-1, Princess Toadstool will tell you that you have a new quest. The second quest is almost the same as the first quest, it is just more difficult.
After the first quest, you can press button B to choose the world to play on the title screen.
The good thing is there will be no another quest after the second quest. ^^
